Keeping a record of your activities can help you to keep on top of your lifestyle goals and help you to see improvements in your fitness.

1. WEEKLY ACTIVITY RECORD
The first one can be used to record any activities that you do. You should aim for 5 sessions per week.
2. HOW MANY STEPS?
If you like to do a lot of walking and you have a stepometer then you can use the record chart below to see how close you are getting each day to the recommended level of 10,000 steps per day.
