ROUTES IN GWYNEDD

3. Tudweiliog

Activity: Cycling, Walking
Description:

Cycling: The cycle route is partly based on two of the existing Wales Cycle Breaks series of easy to follow cycle rides in the Llyn Peninsula. The routes have been adapted to offer a circular ride that can start and finish in the middle of Tudweiliog and should take roughly 30 minutes to complete. The route is marked by signs that conform to road safety regulations and will include the Outdoor Challenge logo.
For more information regarding the Wales Cycle Breaks visit www.gwynedd.gov.uk

Walking: A number of public footpaths lead from the Tudweiliog area to the coast. Here the Llyn Coastal Walk winds in a leisurely way on its journey from Caernarfon to Porthmadog. “This is a land of coves, each one of which has its own unique character”

How to get to the start :

Tudweiliog is situated on the B4417 between Nefyn (5 miles) and Aberdaron (8.5 miles) on the northern coast of the Llyn Peninsula. The cycle route starts and finishes outside the public conveniences on the road entering the village from Edern.
