On leaving the car park, walk straight ahead into the park following the green Outdoor Challenge way markers. Follow the path over the wooden bridge and out of the park through the Trem y Moelwyn entrance. At the end of this path, turn right, taking care of any traffic, follow the public footpath signs, which will lead up a series of steps. Turn right at the end of this path, onto a main road, again be aware of traffic. Continue on the road for roughly 50 metres before turning right, back into the park at the Maes Hendre entrance. Once in the park, follow the green Outdoor Challenge markers back to the start.

Orienteering: There is a permanent orienteering course at Parc y Mileniwm. Orienteering maps are available at Siop Dewi. How many points can you visit in 30 minutes? You can vary your route each time to try and improve your target.

Parc y Mileniwm is situated in the middle of Penrhyndeudraeth near to Ysgol Cefn Coch primary school. The walk starts and finishes in the car park, which is situated off the High Street.
