As a North Wales region, the six Local Authorities and the Sports Council for Wales have worked collaboratively to bring you the North Wales 5x30 Outdoor Challenge.

Over the next 12 months each Authority will develop 5 signposted routes, targeted within specific areas and at designated groups.

Each signposted route will be for an average activity duration of 30 minutes, whether that be a cycle trail on road/off road, an orienteering course, walking route, jog trail etc.
