An outlined route for the beginner/ intermediate jogger. This jog is a one or two mile route and depending on which route you take should only take you about half an hour to complete. This jog takes you from the main entrance of Waterworld round a circular route back to Waterworld.
The route takes you along well lit main roads; all of the route will be on tarmac therefore good pair of trainers is recommended.
There is a beginners and intermediate route available. You can use the route which suits you best depending on your level and time available on the day of physical activity.
