The walk starts from the car park opposite the Sea Cadet Hut in Prince of Wales road.
Cross the road and walk up Newry Fawr St. then turn right into Bryngoleu Avenue, at the next junction left into Walthew Avenue continue on to New Park Rd past the school then left into Alderley Terrace.
After a short distance turn right into Seriol Close and right again into Vulcan St. On the left is the Ucheldre Centre where events and exhibitions are held. If time permits a refreshing cup of tea or coffee can be bought here.
From Vulcan St turn right into Carreglwyd Rd and at the end cross the road into Carreglwyd Park. Go left around the putting green, at the tennis courts turn left and at the stone circle, from here enjoy the views of Holyhead harbour and the sea, continue towards the sea.
On leaving the park cross into Seabourne Rd and at the end right into a narrow lane into Walthew Avenue. Turn left to the traffic island and right back to the car park.
