On leaving the car par, turn left, walk a short distance and turn left again at the bus stop. Follow the lane down to the road then left to the Kinmel Arms, cross the road and walk up the hill, take time to enjoy this lovely little bay. At the top of the hill turn right and follow the path to the lifeboat house. Take time to read the information here and if it is open, have a look at the lifeboat. Continue along the path to the beach and walk along the beach for about 100 metres, on the right just offshore is Ynys Moelfre.

Follow the path around the cliff top and look at the information about the sinking of the Hindlea in October 1959. Carry on along the cliff top path to a gate on the left, go through this and walk up the field into Lôn Trem y Don.

At the end of this lane turn left and walk the short distance to the ‘Seawatch Centre’ go in and look at the mass of information that is there about the sea and Moelfre. Leave the centre and walk toward the sea past the excellent statue of the late Dick Evans, Coxswain of the lifeboat for many years.
